Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at contact@maisonhadoro.com. After 24 hours, your order is sent into production and can no longer be modified or canceled due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept returns only in the case of a product defect. Each item is handmade to order, so we do not accept returns for other reasons or offer exchanges. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at contact@maisonhadoro.com with photos within 15 days of receiving your item.
How do I start a return?
Email us at contact@maisonhadoro.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem. If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for how and where to send the item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is approved and processed, we’ll notify you and refund the amount to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Are the leather cases exactly as shown in photos?
We use real leather, which means each hide has its own natural pattern and scale variation. While we strive to show accurate representations, the color and pattern of your case may differ slightly from the photos due to the uniqueness of each piece and differences in screen settings.
Is my personal information secure?

Do you share my personal information with third parties?

Do you ship worldwide?
While we do serve international customers, we reserve the right to limit sales based on region or availability. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your country, contact us at contact@maisonhadoro.com.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
We do not offer a formal warranty or repair service. However, if your item is defective upon arrival, please contact us within 15 days for review.
